Join our growing team at Pet Medical Center of Springfield! We are a full-service, small animal hospital delivering comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to the pets of Northern Virginia. We are deeply committed to high-quality, compassionate veterinary care and are expanding our team to meet increasing patient demand.
We are seeking a capable Veterinary Assistant (VA) to support our expanding medical team—including a new doctor starting in June. Whether you’re credentialed or developing your technical skills, you’ll join a protocol-driven, highly collaborative hospital culture where your growth is supported and your impact is meaningful.
Location: 8054 Rolling Rd, Springfield, VA 22153
Schedule: Full-Time Preferred (Flexible with Part-Time) — Typical shifts 8a–6p, 9a–6p, and Saturdays 7a–1p
Pay Range: Veterinary Assistant: $20–$24/hour
$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

- Oversee daily technician workflow including anesthesia, diagnostics, surgical prep, and patient care.
- Partner with Veterinarians during exams and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and champion client communication.
- Help foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
