Prep Cooks enable our restaurants to produce high-quality items efficiently by preparing ingredients in advance. Responsibilities include daily food prep, following sanitation guidelines, and maintaining recipe standards for product consistency.
Minimum Requirements and Expectations:- Ability to follow directions and work in a team
- Remain calm and effective under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food and beverage
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English and professional communication skills
- Lift up to 15 lbs independently
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items throughout shifts
- Stand or walk for 8-10 hours
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, overhead lifting
- Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
