Job Responsibilities:

Prep Cooks enable our restaurants to produce high-quality items efficiently by preparing ingredients in advance. Responsibilities include daily food prep, following sanitation guidelines, and maintaining recipe standards for product consistency.

Minimum Requirements and Expectations:
  • Ability to follow directions and work in a team
  • Remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food and beverage
  • Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English and professional communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 15 lbs independently
  • Stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items throughout shifts
  • Stand or walk for 8-10 hours
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, overhead lifting
  • Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
