Overseeing all the functions and employees of the hotel restaurant, the Restaurant Manager position is no small potatoes. • Here are some of the tasks you’ll be completing daily:
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and the scheduling of outlet employees.
• Responding and reviewing customer comments and feedback.
• Implement company programs and manage the operations of the various outlets
• Create and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.

You have at least 4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry and at least a year’s experience in a management position. Most importantly, you’re someone who has excellent problem-solving skills, works well in a team, and is able to perform under pressure.
