We operate multiple Italian delis and pizzerias, with a focus on delivering high-quality, consistent food across all locations. We are seeking an experienced culinary and restaurant operations professional to help evaluate food quality, operational standards, sanitation, and overall consistency across our stores.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong culinary background who understands restaurant and pizzeria operations. You will visit multiple locations, conduct inspections, assess operational performance, and provide objective feedback and actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Conduct routine store inspections to assess food quality, preparation standards, and consistency.

• Evaluate kitchen operations, portion control, ingredient handling, storage, and workflow.

• Review sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and company standards.

• Observe customer service standards and food presentation.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements and monitor progress.

• Hands‑on culinary or restaurant operations experience.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and kitchen best practices.

• Experience with pizzerias or Italian cuisine preferred.

• Multi‑unit restaurant oversight, inspections, or district management experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, observation, communication, and reporting skills.

• Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations.

• $21–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

• Flexible schedule.

• Approximately 10–25 hours per week.
