As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand ensuring your store always rocks AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keeping the store guest‑ready through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and a love for working with your team to #getthejobdone.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• You own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, and always game‑plan with leadership to take action.
• You support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment so your store always looks fresh.
• You ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is the guest experience, champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• You maintain store safety standards on the Sales floor and in the Stockroom, adhere to AEO policies and procedures and support shrink‑reducing strategies.

• You have a strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time management.
