Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and elevate guest service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Hourly rate ranges from $14.77 to $15.02, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in all operational tasks to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop and coach staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Ensure all merchandising, inventory control, and company policies are followed.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Job requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
