The Freight/Receiving positions ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day. They load and unload trucks, move material from the receiving area throughout the store, may operate forklifts, and may perform critical functions for maintaining proper on-hands and pricing for customers. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are expected. The Freight/Receiving roles may include Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate and Receiving Support.

• Stock the store and ensure it is ready for business every day.
• Load and unload trucks and move material from receiving to the appropriate areas of the store.
• Operate forklifts where required and safe to do so.
• Maintain accurate on-hands and pricing for customers and inventory control.
• Interact with customers as needed to provide information and assistance.
• Support various Freight/Receiving roles as applicable (Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate, Receiving Support).

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers directly.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading and moving merchandise; may include forklift operation where required and trained.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain accuracy in inventory and pricing.
