Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International
. This role focuses on ensuring brand visibility, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays across local stores.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in‑store visits per the DSD Merchandising Steps, photographing displays and stocking assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to the management team.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager’s schedule for efficient in‑store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing Mondelēz at all times.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $17.00 to $18.00.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Personal vehicle to travel to store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, lifting up to 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Springfield, VA (or within range of secondary locations such as Burke, VA).
• Availability:
  Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
