Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout and merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells (metaphorically speaking)
• Help organize stock and keep the store tidy
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any additional activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; a love for music and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
