Paul’s Beauty Warehouse is looking for a dependable, motivated Store Supervisor who enjoys providing great customer service and supporting a team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in the professional beauty supply industry and grow into future leadership roles.

We’re looking for a positive, team-oriented leader who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, is eager to learn, and can help keep daily store operations running smoothly.

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and decision-making
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
• Supervise and support team members, including in the manager’s absence
• Assist customers with product questions and recommend solutions
• Promote specials and sales, and suggest additional products when appropriate
• Help maintain company standards and a positive team environment
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed

• Dependable, proactive, and flexible with scheduling
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-first attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Natural leadership qualities and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
• Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management & merchandising a plus
