Brand Ambassador​/Coach

Kid Strong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. Kid Strong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Join as Brand Ambassador / Coach to support presale outreach and training, then become a certified Kid Strong Coach when the center opens, joining the coaching team that helps kids and families through our programming.

• Brand Ambassador:
  Coordinate grass roots marketing initiatives and hyper-local events and activities.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Work with Managers to execute daily grass roots and local community initiatives.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Generate leads via referrals, cold calls, lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up, etc.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Support the coming location in driving new accounts and units through lead generation, accounts, and on-site enrollments.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Travel locally as needed to generate new business.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Provide marketing materials to new or current accounts or for outreach.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Attend events as needed.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all Kid Strong corporate / Be Brave team requests and client / lead requests.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Oversee the sales process and related systems. Experience with Glo Fox, Podium, Hub Spot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and Meta is preferred but not required.
• Brand Ambassador:
  Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity.

• We are looking for coaches with a fitness, group exercise, athletic, or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15 months to 8 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.
• Learn and deliver kids-specific programming to a group.
• On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime.
• Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on studio needs.
• Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
