Lorton, Virginia Full-time:
Salary $50-$125k negotiable based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to gross profits sales and project accuracy and completions.

We are expanding in the Northern VA area and looking for a Lead Kitchen Designer who embodies these values and is ready to help homeowners design and build their dream spaces.

What you’ll do:

Meet with homeowners (in-showroom and in-home) to uncover their vision, lifestyle needs, and budget

Conduct on-site measurements to obtain precise dimensions, photos, and site-specific details.

Build functional, stunning designs in 2020 Design (Flex) that balance creativity, budget, and client expectations

Present designs with clarity and confidence, guiding clients to smart decisions without pressure

Prepare orders for cabinetry, countertops, moldings, and finishes, and transfer them to project operations for execution.

Stay engaged throughout the client journey to ensure a smooth experience and a 6-star outcome

What we are looking for:3+ years of demonstrated experience in kitchen and bath design and sales, supported by a robust portfolio.
5+ years of experience in kitchen & bath design and sales (required)
Proven ability to sell luxury products and close high-value projects

Proactive, polished, and confident communicator

Strong computer proficiency; 2020 Design Software experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Construction experience and field knowledge a plus Exceptional organization, math skills, and attention to detail
