RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify customer needs, provide cost estimates and bids for services.
- Sell programs and services to present and prospective customers.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertising campaigns, community activities, and other resources.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Senske products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts utilizing resources and tools provided.
- Maintain call records, account status, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare and maintain proper sales reports.
- Conduct retention and service calls.
- Contact customers to measure satisfaction after service is completed or to assist by answering their questions and service concerns.
- Work to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to find and assess potential sales opportunities
- Ability to build client relationships and provide client service
- Data entry skills with a mobile device or tablet
- Mathematical skill to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, area and volume
- May be required to secure a solicitor's license based on geographic area
- May be required to work outside of normal schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as it may be necessary to fulfill the duties or the needs of the business.
- Expected to have regular attendance for scheduled shifts, and to notify supervisor within a timely manner of absenteeism or tardiness
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance as outlined in Blades of Green's employee handbook. Follow safety regulations and work in a safe manner

This is a salaried, exempt position with uncapped commission, offering unlimited earning potential. The base salary ranges from $38,000 to $45,000
, depending on experience.
