Job Summary:

This position is responsible for promoting Fidelity Powers’ value proposition to new and existing commercial and industrial customers by providing business and technical solutions. We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive sales of generators and other related equipment, cultivating strong and lasting customer relationships along the way.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer relations, and closing skills to build and manage long‑term customer relationships/partnerships. Successful sales experience in related industries, such as commercial electrical contracting or electrical power generation, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of KOHLER® generators and power systems to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Draft detailed and professional proposals for potential clients.
• Ensure proposals comply with area codes and municipality regulations.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Perform job costing and project estimating to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
• Prepare and submit bids for projects to contractors and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related sales experience
• Power Generation or Electrical Contract experience preferred
• Must have the ability to legally operate Motor Vehicle with a clean driving record
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disabilities Insurance
