Buying Specialist; Outside Sales

Can you build trust quickly, ask great questions, and confidently close a deal — while still doing what’s right for the homeowner?

Express Home buyers is looking for a high-performing Home buying Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This is a consultative sales role for someone who loves people, thrives on results, and wants the freedom and accountability of an entrepreneurial environment.

Since 2003, Express Home buyers has helped thousands of homeowners sell without the repairs, showings, commissions, and uncertainty that can come with a traditional sale. Our Home buying Specialists are the people who turn that promise into a great experience.

What You’ll Do

Speak with motivated homeowners and understand what they truly need.

Run seller appointments in person.

Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with the team on offer strategy.

Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the agreement.

Follow up consistently with homeowners who are not ready to decide today.

Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM.

Partner with our transaction and dispositions teams to create a smooth path from contract to closing.

Train, role-play, review deals, and continually sharpen your sales skills.

Compensation: Base of ~$4,000 per month with total yearly earnings of $250k+
