Express Home buyers is seeking a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to convert qualified homeowner appointments into signed agreements in the DC/Baltimore area. The role is full-time W-2 with a guaranteed $48,000 base and tiered 7%, 9%, or 11% commission on profit per deal, targeting $200,000+ annual OTE.
You will work from the Springfield, VA office and travel to in-home seller appointments across the DC and Baltimore MSAs. Prior B2C sales success and strong negotiation skills are essential.
