This program provides comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) for the headquarters of a major customer in the intelligence community, located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support includes program management, workforce and security support services, logistics, environmental and occupational health, project management, operations, maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial services for the 2.5 million square foot state‑of‑the‑art headquarters building, limited support to adjacent customer buildings, and over 100 small satellite locations.

The program requires a highly capable team to ensure mission‑critical systems and environments operate efficiently and securely, supporting thousands of personnel in a dynamic and evolving environment.

This position is contingent based on contract award.

V2X is seeking a qualified Facility Security Officer (FSO) who shall serve as the central focal point of contact for Contractor security matters and shall have broad experience in all aspects of the security disciplines including personnel, physical, operations, industrial, communications, information, and information technology security.

Additionally, the FSO shall demonstrate knowledge and experience with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Scattered Castles, Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e‑QIP), preparing DD Form 254s, certification and accreditation, clearance passing and conducting security briefings and debriefings.

• The FSO shall be certified through the Defense Industrial Security Program or equivalent;
• A minimum of five years’ experience as a FSO, which includes at least two years’ experience operating in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment.
• Shall possess a thorough understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and all Director of National Intelligence (DNI) security policies and regulations.

This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
