HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full‑Time Reception/GSOC Security Officer in the Springfield, VA area. Pay rate $20.16/hr with weekly pay.

Schedule:

Flexible; days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

Full‑Time – Saturday to Wednesday, 4PM‑12AM (32‑40 HPIW). Weekends and evenings required; 8 hours weekly subject to change.

• Valid VA DCJS Registration (ability to obtain MD/DC license)
• Intermediate computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge of Access Control / Video Monitoring Systems (CCure, Genetec, etc.)
• 2‑3 years of high‑pace / volume security in GSOC / SOC / Corporate HQ
• Detail oriented; over‑communicates, documents and reports all details
• Flexible in scheduling; 8 hours weekly subject to change based on operational needs
• Weekends required
• Evenings required

• 1‑3 years of security experience
• CPR/AED Certification

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent.
