Life Enrichment Assistant (full-time) (Education)

Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching residents to live an active, vibrant life. This role is focused on planning and implementing programs that engage residents across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional dimensions.

• Get to know the residents to help plan and implement programming that engages and fulfills them.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events such as games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events (21 or over).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.

• Quickly connect with people and enjoy learning about them.
• Ability to contribute talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
• Creativity and a positive attitude with high energy.
• Active Driver's license in good standing.
