This role is more than just coding. As a software engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 5+ years of experience with software, including cloud first development approach2+ years of experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM deployment2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS or EKS, Amazon Bedrock, Cloud Watch, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM policies, security groups, and network security

Experience working with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS, and container orchestration

Experience with developing and deploying production geospatial applications from concept to Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation

Experience with API management including batching, caching, throttling, and rate limiting

Experience with Lang Graph or Lang Chain Experience  leading technical initiatives in large-scale environments

Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer CertificationIAT Level II+ Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification Clearance:
