• Display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and the sales floor.
• Arrange products per pre‑arranged plan or approved ideas.
• Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, and merchandise.
• Transfer product from stock room to floor displays ensuring compliance with sell‑by dates.
• Order product for assigned accounts to prevent out‑of‑stock conditions.
• Implement display ideas from Merchandiser Manager or Sales Manager.
• Communicate daily with store personnel on service or product needs.
• Construct or assemble display aids from point‑of‑sale materials.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• High school diploma or GED; or 1‑3 months related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills; ability to present information in one‑on‑one or small group settings.
• Basic math proficiency (percent, ratio, units of measure).
• Ability to apply reasoning to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds unassisted, and up to 100 pounds with a manual lifting device.
• 21 years or older if state law requires for alcohol merchandise.
• Attendance, punctuality, detail orientation, customer service, dependability, productivity, safety, self‑management.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.
Shifts: Full time.
Reviews: 30, 90, 180 days, and annually.
