Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional. Responsibilities include analyzing and preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships. You will conduct client interviews, prepare accurate returns, assist with tax planning and audit support, and help grow our business by offering additional products and services.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnership entities.
• Provide IRS support and offer additional products and services to increase client retention.
• Mentor and support teammates in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience completing complex returns and conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning, audit support and sales/marketing background.
• High school diploma (or equivalent), or higher.
• Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
