The primary role and function of our Service Writer Advisor is to generate, monitor and close all repair orders while counseling with the Service Manager in the organization and record keeping of the repairs. You will be required to stand, sit and walk for your entire shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in the diesel/automotive industries and know how to utilize a computer and has skills that possess the ability to keep organized and detailed records and generate reports through spreadsheets and documents.
Skill/Aptitude/Character- Extremely detailed
- Knowledge of parts/inventory management
- Computer skills (Google Doc/Sheets)
- Willingness to adapt to needs and changes
- Prompt responder and ready to report duties proficiently
