Hard Choices, Easy Life – Face challenges directly, swiftly, and transparently.
I Did >
We Should – Action over theory; bring experiments, not just opinions.
Learn Out Loud – Share your growth openly; feedback is a gift, ego is the enemy.
Prioritize Ruthlessly – Excellence in the few critical areas over mediocrity everywhere.
Fast AND World Class – Speed doesn’t compromise quality.
Strong Opinions, Weakly Held – Advocate passionately, adjust readily.
Make Others Famous – Elevate your colleagues, partners, and community.

Liaise between departments (learning, partnerships, marketing, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure product decisions support cross-functional goals.
Collaborate closely with the small team to build, launch, and iterate high-impact features.
Prioritize ruthlessly, run experiments, measure real outcomes.
Mentor through action and open feedback.
Success Metrics:
Features you champion drive measurable improvements in student outcomes and family satisfaction.
Engineering and cross-functional teams describe you as a force multiplier; someone who makes their work clearer and better.
You're consistently identifying problems before they become urgent, and solutions before they become obvious.
The product roadmap reflects hard choices, not safe ones.
Who You Are :5+ years in product management, ideally in edtech, consumer products, or mission-driven organizations.
You have a proven track record launching features users love that drive measurable impact
