Position Title and Scope:
The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory organizations. The CFO also ensures compliance with financial management practices appropriate within the software industry and for newly public companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent; 10-15 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and pricing.
- Experience in international financial markets.
- Supervisory experience required.
- CPA highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook;
Oracle experience a plus.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with potential for long hours, physical activity, and environmental conditions such as temperature variations and wet surfaces.
