Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers and employees fairly and ethically, maintaining a safe, clean, inclusive environment, and ensuring accurate pricing. Perform direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences consistent with state and federal laws. • Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current national or state registration, certification, or license as required
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to state and other regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms, resources, and applications
• Complete all CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions to store management
• Report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

• Any previous comparable experience
• Any equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
