MaintenanceMechanic
Nestle USA in Springville, UT is seeking motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. Responsible for supporting TPM in the factory and the use of PM systems, performing final assemblies, preflight checks, and repairs on all equipment.
What’s In It For You- Schedule:
12-hour rotating shifts with built-in overtime and 7 days off in a row per month - Starting hourly pay of $26-$35/hour, based on knowledge and demonstrated skill
- Up to an additional $1.10/hour of shift differential

- Gain knowledge of all basic production equipment in the plant
- Maintain accurate, precise records where required (equipment logs, communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders, etc.)
- Anticipate problems and take corrective action prior to equipment failure
- Perform basic mechanic adjustments
- Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
- 3 years of prior industrial mechanical experience required, or
- 2-year technical degree in maintenance (industrial, mechanical, or related field) & 1 year of prior experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic
- Basic computer experience required
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Must be willing to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays
- Lifting: 50-100 pounds occasionally, 25-50 pounds frequently
- Basic knowledge of lubrication, fasteners, and correct use of tools
- Ability to operate, assemble equipment, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs
- TPM experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
