Painter

Rustica is currently hiring an Experienced Painter. This individual will paint wood doors and components prior to packaging. The painters at Rustica are responsible for ensuring flawless product finishing, while leaving some leeway for creativity and innovation with regards to processes used.

• Apply high-end finishes on wood and metal doors and door parts
• Responsible for final door andcomponentprep and paint application, including but not limited to: paint mixing, paint application, use of varnish, enamel, lacquers, etc.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices
• Work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Proven experiencepaintingvarious wood and metal surfaces
• Knowledge of painting techniques and color theory
• Ability to work with various painting materials and tools
• High attention to detail required, along with creativity and an artistic mindset
• Abletolift upto 75 lbs. occasionally throughout the shiftandstand 8+ hrs./day

SCHEDULE:

M-Th 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
