• Operate mixers, extruders, and forming equipment.
• Accurately mix and produce all formulas, including extruded, formed, and cold‑formed products.
• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of all food production areas and machinery per Quality Standards and SQF certification.
• Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and maximize productivity in mixing, extruding, and cold‑forming processes.
• Be forklift‑certified and operate the forklift safely following all safety rules.
• Notify supervisor of any pest or rodent activity to prevent product contamination.
• Notify supervisor of any accident, facility or equipment damage, or equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure food safety compliance according to SQF guidelines and SOPs.
• Practice Good Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles.
• Participate in company‑wide 5‑S and training programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 55 pounds regularly.
• Ability to safely perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
