Nestlé USA in Springville, UT is seeking motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting TPM in the factory and the use of PM systems, performing final assemblies, preflight checks and repairs on all equipment.

• Schedule:
  
  12-hour rotating shifts with built-in overtime and 7 days off in a row per month
• Starting hourly pay of $26-$35/hour, based on knowledge and demonstrated skill
• Up to an additional $1.10/hour of Shift Differential!

• Gain knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant.
• Maintain accurate, precise records where required, including equipment logs, communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders, etc.
• Anticipate problems and take corrective action prior to equipment failure.
• Perform basic mechanic adjustments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• 3 Years of prior industrial mechanical experience OR 2-year technical degree in maintenance field and 1 year of prior experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic.
• Basic computer experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems.
• Willingness to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lifting requirements: exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• Knowledge of lubrication, fasteners, and correct use of tools.
• Ability to operate and assemble equipment, make adjustments and minor repairs.
• TPM experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
