We’re looking for energetic and reliable Bussers to join the opening team of our brand-new restaurant and brewery. This is your chance to play a vital role in ensuring smooth service and happy guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and essential supplies to ensure seamless service.
• Assist bartenders by retrieving liquor, beer, and other ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, removing trash, and keeping floors dry and safe.
• Restock and rotate beer kegs, bottled beverages, and mixers to ensure availability.
• Collect and wash glassware, ensuring bartenders have a steady supply.
• Help with bar setup and breakdown, including organizing storage areas.
• Support bartenders by running drinks to guests when necessary.
• Assist in keeping inventory organized and alerting management of low stock levels.
• Monitor guest needs and provide assistance to enhance their overall experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth bar and restaurant operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ and complete alcohol server training
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-call is a plus!
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
