Average hourly: $18-$22 (base pay: $15 per hour plus incentives and uncapped commission)

We’re in the confidence business. We help clients feel amazing in their skin. With 10 locations and more planned, we’re a brand built on positivity, style, and a little sparkle. We are looking for our next Associate at the new Springville location to grow and make an impact from day one.

• Support store management in day-to-day performance and store appearance.
• Greet customers, give tours, respond to questions, engage with products and services, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Meet monthly personal goals and help increase store sales.
• Protect customer information and accurately manage financial transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness with daily chores and weekly deep cleans of equipment.

This is a new store, so things will evolve quickly. We need a Sales Associate who is:

• Comfortable with change — flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
• Growth-minded and resilient — motivated through slow early traffic and eager to build something great.
• Sales- and marketing-focused — confident following a proven sales process and excited to connect with the community.

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma preferred
• Available to work flexible shifts
• 3 or more months of related retail experience preferred

• Facial piercings: only one single nose ring or stud on the side of the nose is allowed.
• Hair: no unnatural fashion colors (e.g., bright red, pink, purple, etc.).
