Every new team member goes through our in‑house Sales Boot Camp — a structured, hands‑on program that will familiarize you with every part of insurance roofing, including:

• How to confidently pitch, inspect, and close
• How to conduct a professional roofing inspection
• Intro to the insurance process and documentation flow
• How to work with homeowners from first contact to install
• Real‑world scenarios, role‑plays, and mentorship

By the time you're in the field, you'll know exactly what to do — and you'll never be left guessing.

• Meet with homeowners in storm‑affected/warm areas
• Build rapport and gain the trust of homeowners
• Qualify, set inspection appointments, and submit lead information
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
• Hit daily and weekly performance metrics
• Close personal deals, as well as provided leads

• Past sales experience is a plus, but not required
