Base pay: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr (pay determined by skills and experience)

Water Valet technician for Take A Break Spas & Billiards. The role includes on‑site training and handling customer hot tubs and swim spas. Full‑time, 30–40 hours per week.

• Lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Meet time‑sensitive deadlines and customer expectations.
• Work well with employees and customers.
• Learn and safely use equipment, chemicals and products related to hot tubs and swim spas.
• Represent the company’s mission and values professionally.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Operate independently on unpredictable, creative tasks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicle in clean, organized and working condition.
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked.

• Travel to customer homes to perform water treatments on spas and swim spas.
• Understand basics of water chemistry and advise customers on required treatments.
• Clean filters, spas and swim spas and inspect hot tubs, notifying customers of issues.
• Drain, clean, refill hot tubs and swim spas; balance chemicals.
• Perform additional maintenance tasks: change Clear Ray, install lifters and covers.
• Notify purchasing when new chemicals are needed.

• Valid Class D Utah driver’s license and insurability.
• Good knowledge of tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills; each job is unique.
• Ability to drive and maneuver a trailer and large vehicles.
• Self‑motivated and coachable.

• Hourly base pay with possibility of pay‑for‑performance bonuses, tips and wage increases post‑training or certification.
