Class A Delivery Driver
:
Drives truck over established route to deliver products by performing the following duties.

• Drive truck to deliver beverage product to customer’s place of business on highway, rural, and city street conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Work without direct supervision to deliver all products for established routes.
• Effectively communicate issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
• Record sales, buy back, delivery and variance information on daily sales or delivery record.
• Operate computerized inventory and invoicing system to accurately record stops, deliveries, and any errors on the route.
• Operate hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
• Collect or pick up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Conduct and/or supervise truck loading and unloading and secure loads.
• Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Perform daily inspection and routine fluid, air, and oil maintenance on truck and maintain clean vehicle.
• Construct or assemble display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Wear company provided uniform and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and standards and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must meet company driver qualifications.
