Protect people and property in Squamish as a full-time Security Guard using access control, patrols, and CCTV monitoring. Serve staff, visitors, and clients professionally.
Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for a local Squamish client site with indoor and outdoor spaces. You will maintain site security through communication, incident response, reporting, and customer service. The position supports staff, visitors, vehicles, and property assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage access for authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles
- Conduct foot patrols across indoor and outdoor property areas
- Monitor CCTV systems and site security equipment
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and initial investigations
- Complete activity logs and detailed occurrence reports
- Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to patrol during eight-to-twelve-hour shifts
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors across varied terrain
- Basic computer, smartphone, report writing, and radio skills
