Leighton is hiring for the position of Accounts and Administrative Accountant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Passing Journal Entries, and preparation of Sales Invoices
Bank Reconciliation
Inventory/FA Management
Logistics
Managing petty cash transactions
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and
procedures
Prepare tax computations and returns - GST
Accounts Payables and Receivables
Branch Office Administration and operations work
Visits to Hospitals/banks as and when required
Preparation of E-way Bills
MIS reports
Any other work as & when required
Requirements:

Minimum

B.Com with 60% marks throughout education
Minimum 1 year to maximum 4 years in branch accounting;
Industrial experience/ Experience in an Audit firm both are preferred
Sound knowledge in Experience in SAP, Nav Vision, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAGE
Sound knowledge of e-way bill and its preparations
MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge
You will also be interacting with internal and external clients relating to accounts and finance matters of out-standings, credit/debit notes, deductions, etc
