Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Telecounsellor based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Admission Telecounsellor will handle daily tasks including student recruiting, providing information about courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting prospective students through the admissions process. The role involves a high level of communication with potential students, offering customer service, and meeting sales targets related to course enrollments.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Student Recruiting
Background in or understanding of the Education sector
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in admissions counseling or a similar role is advantageous
