Role Overview
Are you a PPM Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Our client based in St Albans continue to grow and is looking for your skillset to have particular attention to logical planning and meeting period deadlines.
Responsibilities- Planning, allocating and reallocating PPM
- Raising PPM remedial jobs
- Checking paperwork and closing jobs down
- Using the contract system and other software such as Excel
- Maintaining SLAs at 100%
- Content checking
- Chasing engineers and subcontractors for completion paperwork
- Assist in the smooth running of the section
- You will have expertise planning and scheduling engineers
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance would be an advantage
- Be self motivated and enjoy working in a team based environment
In return the company offer a salary of up to £30000pa.
