Parts Advisor – St Albans

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy main dealership in St Albans. Applicants must have previous automotive Parts Advisor experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £32,000–£34,000

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm – No Weekends

Parts Advisor Role
Supply parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers
Identify and order the correct automotive parts
Process customer and workshop parts enquiries efficiently
Receive, check and organise incoming stock
Maintain accurate stock levels and parts records
Work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting Parts Department sales

Parts Advisor Requirements
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
Good knowledge of automotive parts and Parts Department operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational and IT skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
