Position: Wholesale Account Manager - Furniture, Home

Wholesale Account Manager – Furniture and Homewares Division

Join our growing premium furniture and homeware brand and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success. You’ll be responsible for growing and developing relationships with existing customer to deliver sustainable revenue and support long‑term market growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking career progression within a dynamic, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including leading department stores, national retailers etc.
  • Collaborate with partners to refine product assortments, boost visibility, and enhance online performance.
  • Oversee operations with our external logistics partner, ensuring smooth daily processes and optimal stock availability.
  • Plan and deliver marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, shaping joint business plans and monitoring performance against agreed targets.
  • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and online content across all concessions.
  • Support UK Wholesale activities and maximise retailer opportunities in the market.
  • Identify new Ecommerce growth channels, including marketplaces, drop‑ship models, and emerging digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience of developing and growing UK retail home and furniture accounts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
  • A background in sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Self‑motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the UK market landscape, competition and trends.
