We’re looking for Category Manager’s to help shape the future of these categories and deliver meaningful impact with key retail partners. These are high-profile, commercially influential roles offering real scope, autonomy and visibility. (You may already be operating as a Category Manager or be a strong Category Executive managing some smaller customers and ready to take the next step!)
The RoleAs a Category Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving category growth and strengthening customer partnerships. You’ll be responsible for translating insight into action, influencing strategy, and ensuring Lotus Bakeries continues to outperform in-store and online.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering category strategies that drive sustainable growth for both Lotus Bakeries and retail partners
- Leveraging market, shopper and consumer insight to identify trends, opportunities and whitespace
- Leading range reviews, pricing architecture and promotional strategy to maximise value and profitability
- Building trusted, influential relationships across sales, marketing, supply chain and external customers
- Supporting innovation and NPD with compelling category rationale and recommendations
- Work on globally recognised, purpose-led brands with strong momentum and consumer loyalty

- Proven experience in category management or category analysis, within FMCG (food or beverage preferred).
- Strong analytical capability with the confidence to turn data into clear commercial recommendations
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic, curious and commercially minded approach, with a passion for food and brands
