Amazon Business Support

This role will support the day-to-day operational and commercial management of the Amazon business across the UK and key European markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams, the role is responsible for maintaining catalogue accuracy, executing digital marketing activity, supporting financial processes, and identifying trading opportunities to help deliver sales and profitability targets.

The Amazon Business Support plays a key role in driving brand visibility, optimising product content, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Amazon account across multiple European marketplaces.

This role is office based in St Albans.

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate into commercial insights.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Understanding of core business financial principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and understanding of competition law.
• Amazon Advertising or paid digital marketing experience. (Desirable)
• Knowledge of EDI - Electronic Data Interchange (Desirable)
• European language skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish) (Desirable)
