About the role

Are you looking to build a career in housing compliance, building safety or asset management?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Asset Team, supporting the delivery of statutory compliance services that help keep residents safe and ensure our homes meet legal and regulatory requirements. You will provide technical and administrative support across gas, electrical and other building safety work streams, helping to coordinate inspections, servicing programmes, remedial works and access arrangements.

You will maintain compliance records, review certification, monitor contractor performance, support site visits and audits, and help analyse and report on compliance data. Working closely with contractors, residents and colleagues, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance services.
