As a Total Reward Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering and enhancing Costa’s reward offering, supporting colleagues across areas including pay, benefits, recognition, and reward governance.

Working closely with the Reward team, you’ll manage day-to-day reward processes, provide expert support to colleagues and stakeholders, coordinate supplier and benefits administration activities, and contribute to key annual reward cycles. You’ll also analyse market and internal data to generate insights, support reward projects and system enhancements, and help ensure our reward programmes remain competitive, engaging, and aligned to Costa’s values.

What you’ll do:
