You'll:

• Ownanddeliverourinternalandleadershipcommunicationsstrategy,annualplanandcommunicationsdrumbeat,translatingbusinessprioritiesintoarhythmofcampaigns,leadershipmomentsandcommunicationactivity
• Shapeexecutiveandleadershipcommunicationsacrosscompany-wide meetings,eventsandkeystrategicmoments
• Leadcommunicationsplanninganddeliveryformajorbusinesschangeandtransformationinitiatives,includingcomplexorsensitivecommunicationsmoments.
• Actasthecommunicationsleadformajorbusinesspriorities,organisationalchangeandstrategicprogrammes
• Partnerwithseniorandexecutiveleaders,advisingoncommunicationsstrategyandstakeholderengagement,whileworkingcollaborativelyacrosscommunicationsandbusinessteams
• Setthemeasurementapproachforinternalcommunications,usinginsighttodemonstrateimpactandcontinuouslyimprove

You'llbeanexperiencedcommunicationsleaderwhocanmoveconfidentlybetweenstrategy,seniorcounselandhigh-quality delivery.

You'llbring:

• Extensiveinternalandleadershipcommunicationsexperiencewithinalarge,complexorglobalorganisation
• Astrongtrackrecordoftranslatingbusinessprioritiesintocompellingnarratives,supportedbyexcellentwriting,storytellingandstakeholdermanagementskills
• Credibilityandconfidenceadvising,influencingandconstructivelychallengingexecutiveandseniorleaders
• Provenleadershipofhigh-profile campaigns,leadershipeventsandmulti-channelcommunicationsfromstrategythroughtomeasurement
• Excellent judgement,withexperiencemanagingcomplex,sensitiveandfast-moving communications
• Significantexperienceleadingcommunicationsforchange,transformationororganisationalevolution
• Experienceinretail,hospitalityorFMCGwouldbeuseful,butisn'tessential.
