A well‑respected childcare provider dedicated to promoting children’s growth and development in a nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in delivering high‑quality education and care to our children.

• Support the Nursery Manager in all aspects of nursery management, including staff supervision and development.
• Ensure the nursery complies with regulatory standards and statutory requirements.
• Implement and evaluate educational programs to promote children’s learning and development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and families, ensuring effective communication.
• Oversee daily operations, including health, safety, and safeguarding practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices and quality of care.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Deputy or similar leadership role within an early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant legislation.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current DBS check and safeguarding training are essential.
