A growing main contractor is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor based in St Albans to support various education-based projects. This office-based role involves managing smaller jobs and ensuring the smooth running of the commercial processes. Responsibilities include procurement, subcontractor management, and cost reporting, while collaborating with Senior QSs. Ideal candidates will have a main contractor background and a sound understanding of JCT contracts, with a focus on delivering projects effectively across multiple sites.
