An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of diverse construction projects with values up to £10 million. This role will play a central part in cost control, procurement and commercial reporting from pre‑construction to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets, cost planning and cash‑flow forecasts
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts
• Deliver procurement activity for subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance and deliver reporting
You Bring:
• Proven Quantity Surveying experience in education, residential and commercial sectors
• Competence with JCT contracts and standard commercial procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
