We are working with a well-established and growing Electrical Contractor delivering large-scale residential developments across London and the South East. Their client portfolio includes leading developers such as Berkeley Group, Barratt Homes and Weston Homes.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential schemes.
The Role:
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will oversee site teams, manage programme, ensure quality and compliance, and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing multiple large-scale residential developments
* Managing Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontract labour
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Attending client and progress meetings
* Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
* Driving health & safety and quality standards across all sites
* Reporting into senior leadership on programme and commercial performance
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
* Strong background delivering large-scale residential projects
* Experience working with major developers (e.g. Berkeley, Barratt, Weston or similar)
* Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
* Excellent client-facing and leadership abilities
